IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
- Sales begin: Wednesday, October 5th, 2011.
- Order forms due: Thursday, October 20th, 2011.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- As you take your orders, please collect the money from your customer.
- Checks should be made payable to: Commodore Sloat Elem.
- Before returning your Order Form, fill in all the information requested.
- Place the top two copies from the completed Order Form into the Student Collection envelope.
- IMPORTANT: The PINK copy is for you. Please keep this copy in a safe place. This is a record of your sales and for distributing your products to your customers.
- We estimate the product will be available for pick-up the week of December 5th, 2011.
- PLEASE DO NOT TURN IN THE CATALOG WITH YOUR ORDER–KEEP IT FOR FUTURE USE.
